A binding contract is formed only when we send you a booking confirmation or invoice and you have paid the required deposit or full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasonable grounds; we will notify you where possible.
3. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Deposits or full advance payments may be required; balances must be paid by specified deadlines.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund of any non-refundable deposit.
- Prices may change due to exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies; any change will be communicated before final confirmation.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
By You: Cancellation or change requests are subject to our cancellation policy and the policies of third-party suppliers. Charges may apply depending on timing and supplier terms.
By Us: We may cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, supplier failure, safety concerns). We will offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.
Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed after applicable deductions; processing times depend on banking channels.
5. Services & Responsibilities
- We act as an organizer/facilitator; some Services are provided by Third-Party Suppliers and are outside our direct control.
- You must provide accurate personal, passport, and contact details, comply with visa/health requirements, and arrive at meeting points on time.
- Certain activities (e.g., adventure sports) carry inherent risks — you participate at your own risk and must follow staff or local authority instructions.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
7. Liability & Limitation of Liability
Our liability for direct losses caused by proven negligence is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses arising from third parties, loss/damage to personal property (except where caused by proven negligence), or delays/cancellations beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the related booking.
8. Travel Insurance & Personal Safety
We strongly recommend you obtain comprehensive travel, medical, and personal liability insurance. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your negligence or failure to comply with laws and instructions.
9. Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and health certificates. We may assist with guidance but do not guarantee visa outcomes. If denied entry or transit, associated costs are your responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos) is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may view or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only; any other use requires our prior written consent.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
